MH LUXURY LLC. is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and improve your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

 

TRAVEL LIMITS:

Our main service area is a 40-mile radius from Greenville, Simpsonville, Greer, Taylors, Mauldin, and Berea, SC.

LOCATION:

The customer is required to provide a relatively flat and safe area for the event bus to be parked. Our bus will need a minimum of 3-5 parking spaces to park. If the place is considered unsafe for the customers and guests at the time of arrival, we will request that an alternative location be provided. If an alternative location cannot be found, we will allow the event to be rescheduled, but a $50 fee will be charged. No exceptions!

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Right of Admission

  1. According to South Carolina law, no open containers of alcohol are permitted in any of our vehicles. If an open container is found as a result of a search by the police, passengers will be responsible for covering all costs resulting from fines or legal fees.
  2. Weapons, narcotics, or illegal drugs of ANY kind will NOT be tolerated. A $200.00 fine will be charged if the evidence is found on the bus. Bus service will be terminated immediately without a refund.
  3. NO SMOKING in vehicles. There will be a $300 fine if you are caught, or if evidence of tobacco is found in the vehicle. Ask the driver to stop if you need a cigarette.
  4. The driver has the right to cancel the service of our vehicles if any of the passengers do not obey the rules or show rebellious behavior (inside or outside the vehicle). The service will be canceled without a refund.
  5. Damages committed to the vehicle by the customer or their group during the service are solely responsible, either intentionally or accidentally. 
  6. MH LUXURY, LLC is not responsible for injuries that may occur in the vehicle. All injuries should be reported to the driver immediately to obtain proper medical attention. The client in charge of this contract is financially responsible for their guests.
  7. Fights on board will NOT be tolerated and bus service will end on the spot. NO EXCEPTIONS. A $200 fine will be charged.
  8. You can NOT decorate the interior of the bus without permission. We MUST approve first. Decorations left behind are subject to a $200 cleaning fee.
  9. Any passenger who is excessively intoxicated or under the influence of drugs may be denied entry to the vehicle if the driver feels that they may become rebellious, ill, or abusive to others on or off the bus.
  10. Passengers must keep all parts of their body inside the bus at all times.
  11. We do NOT allow chewing gum, messy food (chicken wings, hot dogs, tacos, quesadillas, etc.), or drinks that can cause spillage inside the bus. 
  12. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items. We recommend that you keep valuables with you at all times.
  13. The customer agrees to pay any additional charges incurred, such as tolls, parking fees, and/or registration fees.
  14. There is a $250 cleaning fee for expelling body fluids (vomit, blood, saliva, feces, urine, etc.) into or within a visible range outside the vehicle. The credit card on file will be charged.
  15. There is a $600 fee for damaged seats and the credit card on file will be charged.
  16. There is a $1,000 fee for vandalism such as damages to televisions, scratched tinted windows, damage to walls, lighting, floors, sound system, car stereo receiver, etc. Credit cards on file will be charged.
  17. The bus MUST return to its place of pick up at the established time. If you want more time to be added to your original booking, you must inform the driver if you wish to extend your time. The “Time Extension Form” must be signed. The contract must be signed 15 minutes before the original end time. Extra time is charged in increments of 1 hour and begins at 15 minutes of the hour. Be prepared to pay additional time in CASH, as we do not accept credit cards or checks in this case. Time extension can not be guaranteed.
  18. Service begins when buses arrive at the pick-up location. A grace period of 15 minutes is granted for the waiting time. After 15  minutes, if the customer does not show up then a NO SHOW cancellation applies and THERE ARE NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS AND THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE will be applied. The service ends when the driver arrives at the place of delivery and all passengers have left the Vehicle.
  19. The driver has the right to cancel the service without refund for any form of physical or verbal assault, abuse, or if the terms and conditions are breached. The maximum capacity of the bus is 25 people and for the Mercedes Benz, it is 12 people.
  20. The reservation MUST BE PAID IN FULL in order to board the bus
  21. If something on the bus does not work properly (air conditioning, televisions, speakers, etc.) during the rental; you must notify the driver as soon as possible so that they can fix the problem. If they are not able to solve the problem at hand, a partial refund or extra time can be offered as compensation.
  22. The driver advises in good faith on travel times and does not guarantee the completion of any trip at a specific time and will not be responsible for losses or inconvenience caused by the actual time of the trip. (i.e. tours of bars, nightclubs, sightseeing, etc.)
  23. MH LUXURY, LLC. is designed for all kinds of weather conditions. The theater is isolated with heating and air conditioning. In case of bad weather (lightning, very strong winds, floods, and/or extremely heavy rain, snow, or ice) we can (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to ensure the safety of the guests and staff. If the weather threatens the group and they are aware ahead of time, (pending or anticipated snowstorm or other strong weather events) please contact us to begin rescheduling. We will call you to let you know if we need to reschedule due to bad weather!
  24. By clicking on the “I accept the terms and conditions” box at the bottom of our secure online booking form, submitting the form electronically to us means that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. In addition, you “declare and represent that I am at least 18 years of age, I have full capacity to be bound by this contract, and that I am signing this contract of my own free will and agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not book any reservations through this website (www.lightitupatl.com) or our call center agents. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time it is needed.
