TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A prepaid reservation is a non refundable.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, we will not receive  a refund or credit. 

NO EXCEPTION.

The terms “we”, “our” and “company” refer to MH

LUXURY LLC , a limited liability of SOUTH CAROLINA.

Company. The term “you” “customer” refers to anyone who makes a reservation through this

Website (www. mhluxurysc.com), and/or make a reservation through telephone agents. The term “bus”,

“Event Bus” or “Charter Vehicle” means all vehicles booked through www. mhluxurysc.com

If you wish to book a service available through the website (www. mhluxurysc.com), can

you are required to provide certain information relevant to your booking, including but not limited to your credit

card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipment

information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card or

other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you provide to

we are true, correct and complete.

RESERVATION POLICY:

All booking requests must be made via the online booking form

If a minor makes a reservation in the act of misrepresentation, it is the fiduciary responsibility of the parents for the actions of their children.

You are the only one allowed to make changes to your reservation once it has been confirmed and all other changes will incur a change fee of $20 plus the cost of the changes; for example, the cost of improving the bus and/or adding additional hours to the contracted time. ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

PAYMENT POLICY:

  1. Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal is the standard accepted form of payment. A credit card will be kept on file after booking confirmation regardless of the final form of payment. The credit card on file will be used for any and all damages, cancellations, cleaning fees and no-show policies, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Payment in CASH for the remaining balance CAN be made directly to the driver on the day of the service and before its start. The driver will issue an invoice directly to the customer for cash payments.
  3. To make the reservation you must pay 25% of the value of the total value.
  4. Drivers can only accept CASH as a form of payment. If the customer wishes to use the credit card on file or new credit card to pay the remaining balance, the transaction MUST be made 72 hours before the day of the event for the regular season and 14 days before during the graduation season.

CANCELLATION POLICY 


   If you need to cancel your booking for ANY reason,  YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR A CREDIT.

  1.  you will be responsible for the total balance due, we will use the credit card on file to collect such payment. If the credit card is declined, it will be charged on an alternate date without statute of limitations. If we are unable to collect payment via the credit card on file, we are expected to receive full payment (five) 5 days after the cancellation date. Deposits and payments already made are NON-REFUNDABLE. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in legal action by MH LUXURY, LLC. and/or the owner of the vehicle. The customer is also responsible for any other expenses and fees. resulting from the collection efforts of MH LUXURY, LLC. Automatic cancellation will occur at the event, we cannot contact you through the information provided in the online booking form or if the credit card information provided is not valid.
  2. The NON-REFUNDABLE policy applies unless:

*If the bus does not arrive at its pick-up destination, you will be FULLY refunded all money paid issued.

* In case of mechanical breakdown of the bus

* In case of unexpected events of nature (ice, snow, hail, freezing rain, sleet, etc.) where the roads are impassable and / or closed, your reservation will be rescheduled.

* If the bus is more than (30) thirty minutes late and you REFUSE to continue with the charter, a FULL refund will be issued. If you accept the letter, it is at the driver’s discretion to offer additional time free of charge or a partial refund for late payment.

    4.The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit policy and/or the TOTAL payment of the bus service is effective if the delay or NO presentation of the bus is due to:

 *Incorrect pick-up and drop-off information on the online booking form.

* Incorrect phone number listed on the online booking form.

* The customer does not show up at the pick-up location designated on the online booking form.

* Not responding to the contact/alternative phone number listed on the online booking form at themthe event driver needs help finding a location not listed on GOOGLE MAPS and/or other Navstar GPS, access to the client’s building/apartment complex/subdivisions.

* If the bus is delayed more than 30 minutes due to unforeseen or unfortunate circumstances beyond our control (i.e. accidents, heavy traffic, heavy rain, etc.)
